How to make Bread Paneer Rolls:
- Preheat the oven and line a baking sheet with a parchment paper.
- In a small bowl, mix melted butter and finely chopped garlic. Keep it aside.
- In a small mixing bowl, add paneer, mozzarella cheese, salt, pepper, coriander powder, green chili, ginger, mint and fresh coriander. Mix well to incorporate all the ingredients.
- Remove the edges of the bread slices. Gently flatten the slices with a rolling pin and keep them aside.
- Take one slice of bread and place about two tablespoons of paneer mixture toward one of the long edges.
- Apply some water t0 the other long edge with a brush. This will help seal the roll properly.
- Gently start rolling the edge with filling. Keep the roll tight to secure the filling. Place the roll on a lined baking sheet.
- Repeat with the remaining bread slices.
- Bake the bread rolls in the preheated oven for about 12 minutes. Brush the rolls with the garlic butter and place it back in the oven for another 2-3 minute.
- Remove from the oven. Serve it warm with your favorite dip or chutney.
